  • How do I purchase SpyderWash equipment?

  • How do I register with SpyderWash?

    To register, please complete our online Registration Form. You will receive an email from our Activations Team once your application has been approved.

  • How do I access my SpyderWash account?

    You can manage your SpyderWash account from the Operator Portal. From here, you can also view reports, adjust pricing, add bonuses, and much more.

Issuing Refunds

  • How do I issue a refund?

    Refunds can be issued from the View > View All Transactions dropdown menu accessible from the Operator Portal. Our current online manual has a detailed step-by-step guide available for review. Please note that a refund cannot be issued until 24 hours after purchase.

  • How long does it take to get a refund?

    Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process. The refund amount will be automatically credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
