You can access the Issue Card dropdown menu from the Operator Portal.

Issue Card to Location
To issue new loyalty cards, navigate to Issue Card > Issue Card to Location. On the resulting screen, enter the Starting and Ending card numbers; the Total will automatically calculate the number of cards being issued. Each box of cards is shipped in sequence and includes serial numbers beginning with “5” or “00”. Enter a Base Issue Location and specify the Charge Amount, which determines the initial balance for the cards. Note that while issuing cards can be done in a batch this time, any future changes to individual cards must be made separately. Some owners assign $1.00 to account for kiosk charges, while others leave the balance at $0. After specifying the amount, select ‘All’ under Other Valid Locations and click ‘Save’. A confirmation message stating Cards Issued Successfully will appear to indicate completion.
SpyderWash Loyalty Cards must be issued to a location before they can be used.

SpyderWash Loyalty Cards are shipped in numerical order. Enter the first and last Loyalty Card number in the set you received. The total number of cards is calculated automatically.

The Base Issue Location determines which location(s) the Loyalty Cards can be used at. If you have more than one eligible location, you can select it under the Other Valid Location(s) list.
You can set the initial balance of the Loyalty Card(s) under Charge Amount ($).
Once Loyalty Cards have been issued, you must make any changes individually.
Once the details have been entered, click the Save button to issue the Loyalty Card(s).
Issue Card to Customer
A loyalty card can be issued to a customer once it has been assigned to a location. This function is primarily used to register a loyalty card on behalf of a customer. Customers can also register their own cards by visiting www.spyderwash.com and selecting ‘Sign Up’. Additionally, you can reset a card’s balance to any amount below its current value.
