Connect to the Internet

The SpyderWash POS System requires an internet connection via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. To connect to Wi-Fi, follow the instructions below to access the Network Settings menu. Please note that the Home and Power buttons are located behind the Employee-Facing Display, near the Barcode Scanner.

“No Internet Connection” will appear if both
Wi-Fi and Ethernet are connected simultaneously!
Press and hold the Home button, then
press the Power button.
Swipe up on the screen to access the
Device Control Panel.
Enter the password: 1elo
Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal
lines) in the upper-right corner.
Press and hold the Wi-Fi symbol.
Select “Internet” then choose your Wi-Fi
network from the list.
